Under the terms of the leasing contract, the automobile, equipment or some other property shall be insured against the respective risks on the terms stipulated by the leasing contract between the leasing company and the client. The leasing provider’s obligation to insure the leasing property shall be recorded in the financial leasing contract and in the law on leasing.
If insurance is carried out at the Leasing Provider’s expense, the leasing contract sum shall be increased by the insurance premium amount, respectively. In that case the cost of insurance may be included in the composition of leasing payments. Insurance of the leasing object at the leasing recipient’s expense shall allow him to attribute the cost of insurance of the leasing object to the prime cost in full volume.
The client (leasing recipient) may also conclude on his own insurance contracts via the insurance company authorized by the leasing provider.

Basic terms of property insurance:
Non-aggregate insurance sum (the insurance sum shall not be reduced by the amount of the paid insurance indemnity)
Not guarded parking lot (storage of the leasing object at night—without restrictions)
Unlimited circle of drivers admitted to operation of the motor vehicle (on the basis of a power of attorney or a waybill)
The absence of franchise
Franchise—the release of the insurer from reimbursement for the losses not exceeding a certain amount, stipulated by the contract terms.
Conditional franchise—reimbursement for the damage by the Policy-Holder on his own unless the sum of damage exceeds the franchise sum, and reimbursement by the Insurer if the amount of damage exceeds that sum.
Unconditional franchise—the franchise sum shall be deducted from the insurance indemnity in all cases.
